Manual rotation stage: the minimum adjustment accuracy is 0.02°

Rotary stages are often used in free space optical path systems that require beam deflection angles, such as:

The interference effect is most easily observed when the relative incident angle of the beam and the mirror in the Mach-Zehnder interferometer is 45°;

The rotary stage provides precise rotation adjustment for the installation of optical components and optomechanical accessories.

The LBTEK manual rotary stage series include RP-1A, RP-1B, and RP-1A-KIT assembled from RP-1A and solid adapter plate RP-1A-KIT. Each product has its own characteristics.

RP-1A, high precision

Material: 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, the surface is black anodized.

Table size: 68.5 mm.

Can achieve 360° continuous rotation.

The engraving accuracy of the side of the rotating disk is 1°, with differential engraving, the accuracy is 5'.

The micrometer (spiral micrometer) has a main scale of 10 divisions and a division of 50 divisions, which can realize the precise adjustment of the rotary table ±5°, and the adjustment accuracy is 1.2' (0.02°).

The hand-tightened locking screw on the side of the rotating disk can switch between coarse and fine adjustment. Loosen the thumb screw to manually adjust the table rotation angle, tighten the thumb screw to lock the coarse rotation, and switch to the micrometer fine rotation at the same time.

The micrometer can be locked by the thumb screw on the side. At the same time, the thumb screw on the side of the rotating plate and the thumb screw on the side of the micrometer can be locked to lock the entire rotating table.

Parallelism: <0.03 mm.

Circle runout: <0.04 mm.

End face runout: <0.04 mm.

Horizontal load: 12 kg.

Vertical load: 2 kg.

The rotating disc is equipped with M6 (6), M4 (10), M3 (4) threaded hole arrays, which can be used for mechanical parts with the same thread specifications, prism mounting pressure arms and 30 mm coaxial system posts.

There is an M6 threaded hole on the side, which can be directly installed on a 12.7 mm optical post.

The center of the rotating table has SM1 threads, and an SM1R snap ring is attached to install standard 25.4 mm optical components or mechanical parts with SM1 threads.

The countersunk threaded hole at the bottom of the mount is used to install the turntable on an optical table with M6 threaded holes or a breadboard.

RP-1A-KIT, multiple mounting holes

It is assembled by the high-precision manual rotary stage RP-1A and the solid adapter plate RP-1A-AP, which can be disassembled.

On the basis of RP-1A, there are more table mounting holes: M6 threaded holes (9), M4 threaded holes (8), M3 threaded holes (4), M3 screw countersunk holes (4).

RP-1B, high load

Material: 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, black anodized after surface grinding.

Table size: 56 mm.

Can achieve 360° continuous rotation.

The engraving accuracy of the side of the rotating disk is 2°.

The rotating table can be locked and rotated by the side M4 (2 mm hexagon wrench) set screw.

Parallelism: <0.03 mm.

End face runout: <0.04 mm.

Horizontal load: 50 kg.

Vertical load: 4 kg.

The rotating disc has an array of M6 (1), M4 (4), M3 (4) threaded holes, which can be used for mechanical parts with the same thread specifications, prism mounting pressure arms and 30 mm coaxial system post.

There is an M4 threaded hole on the side, which can be directly installed on a 12.7 mm optical post.

The countersunk threaded hole at the bottom of the mount is used to install the turntable on an optical table with M6 threaded holes or a breadboard.

The mounting holes on the bottom and side of the manual rotation stage allow it to be directly installed on an optical table or breadboard, or it can be installed vertically.

The surface of the manual rotary translation stage is equipped with threaded hole arrays M6, M4, and M3, which can be installed with different mechanical parts, such as fixed prism or beam splitting cube compression arm, post bracket, coaxial post, etc.
