HGMR3 series

HGMR1 series

1. Various adjusting frames can be combined into coaxial optical system;

2. The upper dovetail seat can be easily matched with the sliding seat and can be locked;

3. Small size and low height, suitable for constructing optical path system in small space;

4. All M6 hexagon socket screws with countersunk holes, easy to install in the optical platform or with other displacement table;

5. The longest length of HGMR1 system slide rails is 600MM. In order to prevent deformation caused by excessive length, splicing method can be selected to realize longitudinal extension of slide rails;

6. M4 threaded holes are reserved at both ends of the slide rails for connecting other components according to service conditions.

7. Supporting slider is HGMRC11 and HGMRC12, two width sizes, suitable for a variety of application environment.

HGMR5 series

1. Built-in roller can realize fast sliding and mute effect;

2. The standard hole distance can be fixed on the optical platform, and the supporting slide block has mounting holes. The connecting plate of our company can be used to install equipment of different specifications;

3. Flexible installation, sliding block can be normal lubrication in any swing direction, no installation direction limit. Convenient disassembly and assembly: the design of the card tank can be easily disassembled and replaced on the machine to further prolong the life;

4. It can be used in special environment: such as dust environment, exposure to bad weather environment and water environment, etc. Due to the design of double axis and guide wheel, the double axis guide rail itself has dustproof characteristics, plus the slider is equipped with clear 5 on both sides. Dust-sweeping oil seal felt, with double dust-proof effect. It has the characteristics of corrosion and rust prevention;

6. Equipped with sliding block with locking mechanism, can be used vertically, locking effect is good.
